1 - ARE YOUR LAPTOP CHARGERS ORIGINAL?

Our chargers are not original, meaning they are not branded by the original computer manufacturer. Original chargers are sold in service centers. We offer chargers with similar or superior electrical characteristics and the same mechanical connector to ensure a good electrical contact; normally, the mechanical size is also very similar. We have directly selected the manufacturers of these chargers to ensure a good product at the right price.

2 - WHY DO I FIND ORIGINAL CHARGERS AT THE SAME PRICE AS YOURS?

Original chargers are sold in service centers and it is not possible for them to cost the same as ours, which are compatible. It is very (very) likely that these products are chargers on which the original logo and screen printing have been counterfeited.

3 - WHAT SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS DOES YOUR PRODUCT HAVE?

Our products are CE and RoHS certified.

4 - HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE RIGHT MODEL FOR MY LAPTOP?

Chargers are chosen based on the voltage in Volts, the current in Amperes, and last but not least, based on the type of mechanical connector that interfaces with your laptop. In this regard, we have published a Guide to learn how to choose it consciously.

5 - I CAN'T FIND THE RIGHT CHARGER ON YOUR WEBSITE

It is possible that not all the products we have are listed on the website, so if you do not find the right model for your laptop, please write to [email protected] indicating the model and characteristics of your notebook. We will help you.

6 - ARE UNIVERSAL CHARGERS THE SAME AS "DEDICATED" ONES?

No, universal chargers are not the same as "dedicated" ones. There are some important differences.
